Ground Floor package
The ground floor with 2 premium rooms & living room @ INR 11,500/- per night for upto 4+2 kids people on Continental plan (inclusive of Breakfast). Additional beds can be provided @ INR 1,750/- Per adult and INR 1,250 Per child (6 to 11 years old) (Upto 6 mattress)
The ground floor consists of 2 premium rooms with king size beds (One room with bathtub), a living room with 65 inches smart LED tv, PS4 games console, dining area for up to 12 guests, Carrom & chess for kids along with all premium amenities inside room and living area.

Terms and conditions
Our standard check in time is 12:30 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. However, we provide flexibility to our guests and early check in or late check out (by 2-3 hours) can be provided without any extra cost.

All the rooms at our property have King size beds.
Children up to 5 years are provided free accommodation sharing parents bed.
Extra bed charges for children 6 to 11 years old @ INR 1000-1250-1750 respectively on EP-CP-MAP plan.
Children 12 and above are considered adults and price for the same will be applicable as per the rate chart.
A valid ID proof is required at the time of check in i.e. Aadhar card, Voter ID card, Passport, driving license. (Pan card is not accepted as ID proof).
All disputes are subject to Karnataka jurisdiction.
Cancellation policy
We levy no cancellation charge on bookings cancelled prior 96 hours of arrival.
25% to be charged on bookings if cancelled between 96 hours to 48 hours of arrival.
50% to be charged on bookings if cancelled between 48 hours to 24 hours of arrival.
No refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or no show.
